Buyingsell Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in the Phoenix area. When you find signs of insects, rodents, wildlife or termites, we connect you with an independent local provider who can inspect your home and explain your options. We do not perform pest control work ourselves.

Finding pests at home is stressful, and searching for help can add to it. Lists of companies go on for pages, and it is hard to know who serves your neighborhood or handles your kind of problem. Many homeowners also wonder how urgent things really are. We built Buyingsell Pest Control to make that first step simpler. You tell us what is going on, we point you to a provider, and our pages explain what usually happens next so you can plan with a clear head.
How Providers Are Matched
When you send a request or call, we look at where you live and what you need. We then connect you with an independent provider who serves that area and handles that type of work. The provider contacts you to arrange a visit. Sometimes your request may go to a marketing partner who works with providers in your area.
What We Ask of Providers
We expect providers in our network to treat homeowners with respect, explain their findings in plain words and put estimates in writing. We expect them to hold the licenses and insurance their work requires and to follow the rules for pesticides and wildlife handling. If we hear repeated complaints about a provider, we may stop sending them requests.
What We Do Not Do
Buyingsell Pest Control does not apply treatments, set traps, remove animals or treat termites. We do not set prices, and we do not employ or supervise providers. We do not promise how quickly a provider will arrive, since that depends on the provider and the time of year.
How We Are Paid
Buyingsell Pest Control may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. You do not pay us anything. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the price the provider sets. You can read more on our referral disclosure page.

You are never obligated to hire the provider you speak with. Ask questions, compare estimates and take the time you need. Our job is to help you get started and understand the timeline, so the decision feels manageable.
