How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Buyingsell Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Buyingsell Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Information on this site you think is unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Buyingsell Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Arizona.

How to Complain

Email contact@buyingsell.com and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
